For bus tour groups that visit Ottawa. I will be your local guide. I will direct your driver on a comprehensive tour of the city, with stops at the most scenic and important sites. From your bus you will see: Parliament Hill The National War Memorial and Confederation Square The Ceremonial Route Embassies and important government buildings The homes of the Prime Minister and the Governor General The By Ward Market, one of the oldest in North America Notre Dame Basilica The National Gallery and its neighbor, the Royal Canadian Mint The Village of Rockliffe Park, home of parliamentarians, ambassadors, and assorted millionaires. The RCMP stables and museum, home of the Musical Ride (when it's open), The Rideau Canal, the original reason for Ottawa's existence. This tour will allow for "bio breaks" at a couple of convenient locations. Seasonal highlights include our famous spring Tulip Festival. Tours can be scheduled for mornings or afternoons |
