Before heading to Nablus, we will be introduced to ancient life in the Holy Land while visiting the Taybeh Folklore Museum. In Taybeh, where Jesus healed the blind man, we will taste local beer from the first Palestinian brewery.
Afterwards, we will drive to Nablus, which is beautifully situated between the Gerizim and Ebal mountains and stop at Jacob's Well, the traditional site of Jesus' meeting with the Samaritan woman, to drink from its refreshing waters. From there we will proceed to the Old City for a walking tour and visit an old soap factory and a visit to the beautifully restored Turkish baths.
From there we will explore the ruins and walk the cardo of the old Roman City, Sabastiya. |
