Private, early morning tours to explore the wonders of the Dead Sea.
A full 10-12 hour day exploring the Dead Sea region. Clients will be picked up from their Jerusalem hotel or accommodations at 3. 45 - 4am to take advantage of the cooler part of the day as we start out by driving 1- 1/2 hours to the Dead Sea .
Program:
Climb Masada at dawn from eastern Snake Path ( 1 hour moderate walk) or drive towards Arad ( 2 1/2 hours drive from Jerusalem ) to reach the base of Roman Ramp ( 30 minute , easy walk ), guide explanations then walk or cable car down.
Breakfast or mid morning snack at Masada or at Kibbutz Ein Gedi with its' internationally recognized Botanical Garden.
Then options of :tour of Masada multimedia museum, hiking the Ein Gedi National Park & swimming in sweet waters of David's Falls, , visit the ancient Ein Gedi synagogue , explore Kibbutz Ein , float in the Dead Sea , mud packs and massage options.
