If trail running is your passion and you would like to have an outdoor experience with nature while you are in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, then this tour is for you. Being a runner myself, I would be happy to accompany you for a 5 to 10km nature run at your pace off course. You will be running in the vicinity and safety within the Forest Institute of Malaysia which is located in Kepong. FRIM was gazetted as a Natural Heritage Site on Feb 10, 2009. "FRIM is unique as it is the largest man-made forest in the world, and it can serve as a model for reforestation, forest management and forest protection for the world. "
FRIM offers everyone a back-to-nature experience whilst enjoying the flora, and fauna landscapes. It is a truly educational place for children as well as great weekend outing place for the entire family. Check out the four jungle tracks: Keruing Trail, Rover Track, Engkabang Trail and Salleh Trail, all of which will take visitors through some of the spectacular secondary forests in Malaysia. |

- Briefing and warm up

9. 00 am - Run ends
- Cool down and enjoy/tour the surroundings by car
- Prepare to leave for hotel or have breakfast (can recommend the local food) on the way back.
10. 30 am - Back to hotel
Note: Pickup time can be shifted to 7am if you so prefer. |

1) You are advised to have your own insurance cover for outdoor activities
2) To bring a set of clothings and shoes/slippers to change after run. Extra clotings can be left in the car.
