Across the river from Montreal lies the provincial park of Mont St-Bruno. This is a hiking park through mature forest of varying hardwoods. The trails are well maintained and although there is no summit or view point, it is an enjoyable walk for adults and children (minimum age 6). A variety of trails, with the longest circling the 5 lakes (sorry, no fishing or swimming allowed!) and a water mill. Facilities include a welcome centre (with washrooms). Sometimes we're lucky and we spot a deer! |
