I am a guide and a driver. I drive a VW Multivan which comfortably accommodates 6 passengers. I am a major in art history and really enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients. For me it's very easy to be a guide in St. Petersburg. This city inspires you instantaneously. Its' architecture, breathtaking vistas with great open spaces, numerous palaces, canals, embankments and gardens are unforgettable. The charm of St. Petersburg is disarming.
My background in art history makes my tours informative, but yet entertaining. I tell interesting facts and stories from the past that make history come alive.
This is a highlight tour of St. Petersburg which covers all the main sights. Inside visits of sights are optional, but I highly recommend visiting Peter and Paul Fortress and Cathedral (burial place of the Romanovs, St. Isaac's Cathedral or Saviour on the Spilled Blood). By the end of the tour my clients have a good understanding and appreciation of what a fascinating place St. Petersburg is. |

Pick up at the lobby of your hotel.
Setting off to explore St. Petersburg by car. I believe a driving tour is the best introduction to the City. It gives you a better idea of the City and helps you find your bearings.
This tour covers all of the main highlights of St. Petersburg: Nevsky Prospect - main avenue of the city, beautiful embankments of the 'Venice of the North', different islands, including the Hare Island on which Peter and Paul Fortress is located, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Church of the Saviour on the Spilled Blood, Palace Square, etc.
This tour also includes optional visits to 2 or 3 museums.
By the end of the tour I will bring you back to your hotel, a restaurant or any other place of your choice. |
