In France, the profession of tour guide is a regulated profession - you must have a license to guide into museums, and INSIDE national monuments. For example you must have this authorization if you want to organize visits in the Louvre or Orsay museum.
For such things as stopover tours, shopping tours, night city tours or food tours no license is required. report error
