ToursByLocals guarantees that you will receive your tour as promised. In the unlikely event that this does not happen, ToursByLocals will work with you and your tour guide to find an acceptable resolution. You pay ToursByLocals in advance, then ToursByLocals holds your money in trust - only paying the guide when the tour is successfully delivered.

If your purchase meets the following conditions, you can confirm your booking with an advance payment (see booking form for details of calculation):

• Tour date is 45 or more days from now
• Amount due at time of booking is 200 USD or greater (or equivalent in other currency) after deducting any promotional code, applicable fees or taxes.

The balance is due 30 days before the tour date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before it is due. However, you can pay the balance at any time through your account at the ToursByLocals.com website or over the phone to the ToursByLocals office.

If your tour is for a date within 45 days, or if the amount due at time of booking is less than 200 USD after deducting any promotional code, applicable fees or taxes (or equivalent in other currency), you pay the full amount to ToursByLocals at the time of booking.
