During this amazing 3 hour Historical City Tour you will see all the most popular sights and experience the best parts of the UNESCO Heritage Old Historical city with a local guide.
Our tour is for people visiting for the first time. But if you have been here before we are sure to be able to show you the new things that Cartagena has developed even just recently. The sites are certainly worthwhile. I will also show you the special things that make Cartagena great.

The Walking Tour: 1/2 your tour is spent in the incredible Old Walled Historical City. This part is by foot.

We will travel back to the cruise port, hotel or guest house by a/c transport and say our good-byes
Where and When:
Meet up location: We will meet you at the airport, cruise ship terminal, your hotel, villa or apartment. You will notice us holding a ToursByLocals sign with your name.
Cruise Passengers: We will meet you at the bottom of the gangplank. Please wait on the finger dock/gangplank - CLOSEST TO THE FRONT/BOW OF THE SHIP - as you get off the ship for one of our representatives.

End location: You will be dropped you off at the airport, cruise ship terminal, or your hotel or guest house or villa. Where ever you were picked up.
Unless otherwise requested in advance. Any changes are subject to additional fees.
100 USD - (Or approx. COP$200,000.) All tour related expenses including admissions are included in the cost of the tour. You are only responsible for your personal souvenirs, food, drinks, etc...

CRUISE PASSENGERS: IMPORTANT: TO START ON TIME PLEASE WAIT AT THE GANG PLANK UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY ME. DO NOT WALK TO THE TAXI STAND. STAY BY THE EXIT OF THE SHIP NEXT TO THE GANG PLANK. REMAIN ON THE FINGER DOCK.
BOOKING IN ADVANCE: Most of our clients book well over 30 days in advance. Thank you for being well organized. Tours must be booked at least 14 business days or more in advance. Those who book early will guarantee their time slot. Any others there is no guarantee I will be available. If my time slot is taken I will do my best to find another qualified guide for your tour. So please make sure and ask. We want you to see out amazing city. The early bird gets the worm!

TRANSPORT: Groups of 3 to 10 passengers: price is an additional *US$145.00 flat rate total for transportation. PAYABLE AT START of the TOUR PLEASE. We cannot take 3 passengers plus the guide and driver in a car. A van must be hired.
TIME: Please note: Your tour is booked for 3 hrs. If you decide to extend your tour past 3 hrs there will be an additional fee of US$60/hr.
CHANGES TO ORIGINAL RESERVATION: * Any changes from the original reservation will incur an additional fee. eg. If you book a group of 2 and you arrive with additional guests after making the reservations: A: We cannot guarentee we will be able to find a larger vehicle at the last minute. B: There will be an additional fee for the extra van of US$145 for groups 3-10 people for 3 hrs.
