For our first day, I will meet you at the Port of Alexandria by the cruise exit door. You will board an air-conditioned, private vehicle and travel to Cairo, a trip of about 2 ½ hours.
You will enjoy a visit to the Great Pyramids plus the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, both of which date back to the ancient time of Chephren.
Your tour will continue with the Egyptian Museum, where you will enjoy more than 5, 000 years of history and culture. One of the highlights here are the treasures of Tutankhamen, recovered in the 1920s after more than 3, 500 years buried in the desert.
We return to your ship or hotel in Alexandria.
The next day, we'll explore Alexandria by vehicle and walking. You will visit the Roman Catacombs, hewn from the living rock, Pompeii's Pillar and the library. You will also visit Qaitbay among many other sites.

In Alexandria, you will visit the Roman Catacombs, hewn from the living rock. You will also visit Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 15th century, montazah garden and palace, as well as the Alexandria Library. Before rejoining your cruise, you will enjoy lunch in the city.
Where and When:
Meet up location: If we're meeting at Alexandria port, look for me by the cruise exit door you: will identify me by the sign with your name on it. If we're meeting at the airport, I will be by the exit with the sign also.
End location: Your hotel, or beside the port again.
