Cadiz is the starting point for the 'Route of the White Villages' of the Sierra de Cadiz. You will be visiting Arcos de la Frontera, Grazalema and Zahara de la Sierra, villages that have been carved into the mountains with small and whitewashed streets and which are alive with history, small, dreamlike "plazas" and "patios" with balconies that overlook valleys, mountains and dramatic rock outcroppings. And the Sierra itself, with its forests of Pinsapo trees and cork oaks, offers many surprises. |
