Cadiz, an enchanting city with a distinctively marine flavor, offers a highly interesting mixture of history, culture, architecture and landscape. The city has played host to a wide variety of civilizations and cultures - the Phoenicians, the Romans, the Visigoths, the Moors, and the Spaniards. That's why exploring the Historical Quarter with its particularly beautiful old world charm is like entering a time machine.
From the port, I'll take you through the narrow streets of the "City of light & wind" where we'll enjoy the atmosphere of alleys and plazas, especially the surroundings of the Central Market and La Caleta. We'll go to see the Church of San Felipe Neri, the birthplace of Spanish democracy and the former Women's Hospital where there are some amazing architectural details and a masterpiece of one of our greatest painters, El Greco, to be admired. Other monuments worth visiting are the Cathedral, the Santa Cueva Oratory with paintings by Goya, the Archeological Museum and the Casino.

Meet up location: I will meet you at the port's main exit in Cádiz. We can arrange a sign beforehand. If you wish, we can also set up a different meeting point (at your hotel, for example) when you book the tour.
