What was a small fishermans village, is now a very charming place where most of the houses are ateliers, pousadas, sophisticated cafés or rustic restaurants where part of the decoration is a statue of Brigitte Bardot. Buzios attracted the attention of several artists and tourists of the world in the 60's.
The city receives currents from Ecuador from one side and from the South Pole on the other side what makes some beaches have warm water and others cold water.
Also lots of people go to one of the most knowned places in Búzios, Rua das Pedras. Many nationalities, many styles, and beautiful people make that street an excellent place for meetings and fun. Here you find the best restaurants, bars, discoteques, boats with sorted dishes, drinks and lots of fun.
For shopping Rua das Pedras en Buziosthere are many stores, famous shops, boutiques and everything to satisfy the tourist and daybreak doesn't have time to end in Búzios, you always find something to do. |
