This four nights and five day tour of Kutch is charted out for bird watching and ideal during the winter months. The few remaining Great Indian Bustards have found a sanctuary at Lala. The Chari Dhandh, which can be at times as large as 30 sq. km. is home for hundreds of migratory and local birds. Spend a day at the Mandvi Palace and its own private beach in the Palace Estate. On the last day return through the Maharao's private forest reserve and Pragsar lake, which is home to hundreds of crocodiles. |

Day 1 - PM: Arrive from Mumbai and you are received at any Airport in Kutch. Bhuj sight seeing.
Day 2 - AM: Visit to Chari Dhandh a 30 sq. km. shallow lake home for hundreds of migratory birds and PM: Thaan Monastery and Dhinodhar the highest hill in Kutch. Return through Bhadli village for Kutchi tie and dye works.
Day 3 - AM: Visit to Lala Great Indian Bustard Sanctuary and PM: drive towards the coast Naliya and Jhakhau. Return through Tera.
Day 4 - AM: Transfer to Mandvi and visit to Ship building yard and PM: Vijay Vilas Palace and the Maharao's private Beach by the Arabian sea.
Day 5 - AM: Maharao of Kutch's private forest reserve and lake Pragsar home to hundreds of crocodiles and PM: Return flight to Mumbai from any Airport in Kutch. |
