Imagine a ride on top of a "jeepney", a 1 hour walk to reach a remote village 3500 feet above sea level, a view that is awe inspiring, a culture like no other in the world and a whole lot more. Day 1 - Travel to Banaue from Manila (8 hour drive) at night time
Day 2 - Arrival at Banaue for breakfast, take a jeepney ride to Batad, check - in at Hillside Inn, rest a bit and trek to Tappiya Falls and the terraces and mingle with the native Ifugaos.
Day 3 - back to Banaue, visit to Banaue Rice Terraces and back to Manila |
