Learn to make curry pastes, sticky rice, coconut milk, curry pastes, great Thai meals--while in a quaint Thai home. Visit our herb garden and see many Thai herbs growing. Thailand is a land of plenty with a year-round growing season. At the end of the class, you will receive a recipe booklet to take home. |

| The day starts out with a visit to the Asoke produce & seafood market, where we will select fresh ingredients for cooking. You will be instructed by our English-speaking Thai chef how to make coconut milk, how to select various Thai herbs and peppers, as well as seafoods, . . . After the market, we will go the our quaint Thai home for the cooking class. Here you will learn about cooking regular and sticky rice, making of coconut cream and milk, preparation of curry pastes, preparation of ingredients for cooking with a wok, use of peppers, sauces, pastes, and the use of woks and Thai cookers. Of course, you will then be able to sit down and enjoy what you cooked!! Oh, last but not least, you will receive a recipe book for the days dishes. |

| Meet up location: Meet at either 845 am or 130 pm at the Asoke Market, located at the corner of Asoke and Sukhumvit. Easily accessed by either MRT (subway) or BTS (skytrain)--at their intersection (immediately next to the market). We will meet at the Mister Donut shop, at ground level, Exit 3 for both MRT and BTS. |
