You can devote many days to a safari through the northern circuit of Tanzania's National Parks: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. In the 20km wide crater of Ngorongoro, you can expect to see lions, elephants, buffaloes and flamingos, and may be fortunate enough to meet some of the Masai Tribesmen tending their cattle. After your safari, you can relax back in Arusha town, or accompany your guide to higher elevations with a summit attempt of Kilimanjaro.
