A visitor to Delhi visits the World Heritage monumnets like Qutub Minar , Red Fort and Hyumanu's Tomb - which is a must and an honour for Delhi - but - All may be Indian or Foriegn Tourists all love to be photographed at India Gate. British left a treasure of architectural masterpieces in India -some very prominent ones in Delhi like the President's House, Parliament House , India Gate - the War memorial, Hotel Oberoi Maidens etc. Some of them are visited frequently but some like Mutiny Memorial , Kind George's statue which was installed at India Gate after New Delhi was declared as the capital, but lator removed , St. James Church , Hyderabad House , South and North Blocks etc. get few tourists. A tour of such forgotten monuments by the interested - will be a tribute to Architects of these places.
Day 01 - Morning - After Breakfast - to be met at the Hotel Reception and move to India Gate. Please do carry your water bottle - as it is very hot in Delhi , currently. After Photographs and explanations we go for a round till Gate of Viceroy's Palace (President's House ) , seeing near by Governmental buildings all built by British we move to Mutiny Memorial en route visiting places like Oberoi Maidens Hotel , I P College etc. Please also keep in mind at several points we can't stop for longer due to Traffic restrictions . We stop for lunch in between and after completionof tour return to hotel , by car.
Where and When:
Meet up location: From the Hotel (in Delhi )where Guest is staying. If it is in Gurgaon - the running of car will be more and rates will change.
End location: At the Hotel - where Guest is staying.(in Delhi) If Gurgaon - due to more running - rates will be more.
Duration: 8 hours
After breakfast , we can start at 0830 am or 0900 am - asper the guest's convenience.
5000 INR 5000/- - Cost for car hire , parkings , entrance , guide's services etc. Cost is subjest to change , incase there is change in fuel charges or entrance charges.
