Barcelona is a very walkeable city, and a walk around the center is the best way to get a good feel of the city heartbeat. But some other great sites aren't within walking distance and a short taxi or subway ride will takes us there.
Our itinerary will start in the Old Town discovering the best of the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla, then we'll continue to the Expansion area where we'll discover the appartment buildings by the wonderful architect Antoni Gaudí.
At this point you can choose to either stop for lunch, enter one of these buildings, or continue on a short subway/taxi ride to the Sagrada Família, Gaudí's masterpiece.

-- Lunch stop is optional and you understand then there will be no time to enter any of the Gaudí sites.

Meet up location: Your hotel in the city center (I might need to reorganize the itinerary in order to visit the sites in the most efficient possible order).
If your hotel isn't near the visited areas, you might chose to pay for the ride to the city center or meet directly there. In this last case, meeting point will be in front of the Hotel Colon, in Plaça Nova (in front of the Cathedral). |

End location: Sagrada Familia Church.
If we went in together, you can decide to stay inside after the tour. Or if we didn't and it's still open, I can help you skip the line to get in so you can visit it on your own.
Otherwise I can help you getting a taxi to go back to your hotel or other place of your choice (restaurant, beach...) or show you the way to the nearest subway station, as you prefer. |

- Taxi ride: 5 to 8 euro (3 passengers + me)
- Subway ride: 1.45 euro/person (please include my ticket aswell)
--- Any optional entrance fees. Should you be interested in entering any of the sites we'll be seing, you'll have to pay for the fees and understand the original itinerary might need to be altered/reduced.

- Explanations will be adapted so everyone in the family is entertained.
- Babies and toddlers should have a stroller or similar available in case they get tired.
