From the meeting point in Laem Chabang dockside or your Bangkok hotel we travel about 2 1/2 hours by van. First you have the opportunity to ride an elephant bareback at an elephant rescue preserve. Then continue on to the Buddhist Temple that is home to tigers young and old. You'll have the chance for a photo with the tigers and possibly to walk with the abbot and his favorite tiger.
Following the tiger adventure we return to the starting point. Along the way there will be time to visit one or two points of interest such as temples or local shopping areas. |

Please be aware that to enter the area with the tigers you cannot be wearing bright gaudy colors, referred to by the temple staff as "Hot". These colors include yellow, red, fluorescent pink colors.
For riding the elephant we suggest wearing a pair of long pants and a shirt and carrying an extra change of clothes. Bareback riding an elephant can involve small punctures from their stiff hair. You can also get dirty or wet if we have the opportunity to ride them into the river. |

| This tour can be accessed by someone in a wheelchair with some difficulty. Riding the elephant would not be possible for someone who cannot hold on using their lower body. The tigers are accessible in a wheelchair, although you will roll over some soft dirt and gravel. |
